- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 2 cups chopped potatoes
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
