- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 12 ounces broken lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Add onions and garlic to the beef and cook until softened.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
- Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, lasagna noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well to combine, then cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve hot, topped with additional cheese if desired.
