Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa

A hearty and satisfying dish, this Crockpot Pierogi Casserole with Kielbasa combines creamy flavors and comforting textures.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa
  • 1 package frozen pierogi
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the frozen pierogi in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Slice the kielbasa and layer half over the pierogi.
  3. Spread half of the cheddar cheese on top.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  5. Spread half of the soup mixture over the layers.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Serve warm.

  • This dish can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Feel free to add more vegetables if desired.
