- 1 pound frozen pierogi
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Layer half of the frozen pierogi in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add half of the sliced kielbasa and half of the chopped onion.
- Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese over the mixture.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the layered ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Notes
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
