Down Under Chicken Sliders

Enjoy a delicious blend of chicken and turkey bacon in these Down Under Chicken Sliders.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Grill the patties over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. Assemble sliders by placing patties on buns, topping with lettuce and mayonnaise.
