- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a bowl.
- Sprinkle with salt and let them sit for 10 minutes to release moisture.
- In another bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and mix well.
