Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  4. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in the same skillet until translucent.
  5. Add chopped mushrooms and cook until the liquid evaporates.
  6. Spread Dijon mustard over the beef and wrap it with turkey bacon.
  7. Place the beef on a sheet of puff pastry, add the mushroom mixture, and fold the pastry over.
  8. Brush with beaten egg and cut slits for steam.
  9. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
