Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Press the hash browns into the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin tin to form a crust.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stir in the cooked turkey bacon.
  7. Pour the egg mixture into each hash brown crust.
  8. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until egg is set and puffed.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin.
