4 cups broccoli florets
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups vegetable broth
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
