Easy Ground Beef Enchiladas

These Easy Ground Beef Enchiladas are a delicious and simple dish perfect for dinner.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 8 tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
  4. Spread a layer of enchilada sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and some cheese; roll them up and place them seam-side down in the dish.
  6. Top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
