Easy Low Carb Chicken Casserole

A delicious and healthy low-carb casserole packed with flavors.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup broccoli, steamed
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, turkey bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, broccoli, bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is heated through and slightly golden on top.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, top with additional cheese before baking.
  • This casserole can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for easy reheating.
