- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 4 strips turkey bacon, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped turkey bacon, green onions, and minced garlic.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce and brown sugar together.
- Drizzle the soy sauce mixture over the meatballs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add chili flakes to the meatball mixture.
- These meatballs can also be cooked in a skillet if preferred.
