A delicious and easy recipe for paella featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, full of flavor and perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon saffron threads

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until softened.
  3. Add rice and stir for a few minutes to toast.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in the saffron and paprika.
  5. Add the chicken ham and crumbled turkey bacon back into the skillet.
  6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  7. Fluff with a fork and serve.
