Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

  3. In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until combined. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
