Easy Southern Strawberry Cobbler

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberries and half of the sugar. Let sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining sugar.
  4. Add the milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
