- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cooked spinach, chopped
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stuff each cooked shell with the ricotta mixture.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the baking dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
