  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 cups French onion soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions until translucent.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, turkey bacon, sautéed onions, and French onion soup.
  4. Season with garlic powder and black pepper, then mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
