  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese, French onion soup, turkey bacon, chicken ham, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Top with breadcrumbs for a nice crunch.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
