  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup French onion soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and thyme until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
