Funeral Potatoes

A classic comfort food dish that combines cheese, potatoes, and turkey bacon for a delicious side or main meal.

  • 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter on top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
