  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Arrange the chicken on a sheet pan with the sliced lemon, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and red onion.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
