Ground Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Add broccoli, stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.
  6. Serve over cooked rice.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • This dish pairs well with sesame seeds on top.
