Ground Beef Orzo with Tomato Cream Sauce

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a separate pot, cook orzo according to package instructions.
  5. Once orzo is cooked, drain and add to the skillet.
  6. Pour in heavy cream, stirring until well combined.
  7. Let simmer for a few minutes until everything is heated through.
  8. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
