  • 1 cup potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 1/4 cup flour (or gluten-free alternative)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and sauté until cooked through.
