- 8 ounces whole wheat pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups spinach
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add olive oil, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until softened.
