  • 1 1/2 cups pistachio nuts, shelled and chopped
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixer, combine the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add melted white chocolate, and mix until well combined.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla, sour cream, flour, and chopped pistachios.
  5. Pour the mixture into a springform pan and smooth the top.
