Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the chicken, then cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then stir into the skillet to thicken the sauce.
  6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until sauce is glossy.
