Honey Glazed Carrots & Green Beans

  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced carrots and green beans, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  3. Drizzle in the honey, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and glazed.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
