1 pound spaghetti
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, chicken, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, sour cream, chicken broth, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with additional cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add more hot sauce or diced jalapeños.
