- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounces fontina cheese, shredded
- In a large pot, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until caramelized.
