  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; remove and crumble.
  3. Add olive oil and garlic to the skillet; sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp, cooking until pink; about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and black pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
