Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, poach the eggs to your desired level of doneness.
  3. While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices.
