  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, and erythritol sweetener.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the lined baking dish to form a crust.
  4. In another bowl, mix together peanut butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and sweetener until smooth.
  5. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the crust.
  6. In a small bowl, whip the heavy cream and fold in the cocoa powder until well blended.
  7. Spread the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into bites.
