Kinder Bueno Cake

A delicious and luxurious Kinder Bueno Cake that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Kinder Bueno chocolates
  • 250 grams all-purpose flour
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 150 grams unsalted butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 100 grams chocolate ganache
  • 50 grams crushed hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chopped Kinder Bueno pieces.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let the cake cool before frosting with heavy cream and topping with chocolate ganache and crushed hazelnuts.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use high-quality cocoa powder in the batter.
  • Let the cake sit in the fridge for a few hours before serving for better flavor.
