12 sheets lasagna noodles
1 pound ground beef
2 cups marinara sauce
2 cups ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup ketchup
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain excess grease.
Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef; stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Spread a thin layer of the beef mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer with lasagna noodles, followed by ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and another layer of beef mixture. Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella on top.
Drizzle ketchup over the top layer of cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Let it cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sliced pickles inside the layers.
