  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the shrimp on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
