Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pot.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and chicken ham, then stir to combine.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, topped with crispy turkey bacon and green onions.
