Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken

This homemade version of Longhorn Steakhouse’s Parmesan Chicken is easy to make and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the eggs, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
  5. Wrap each chicken breast with turkey bacon.
  6. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Make sure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
