  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sauté the onion, garlic, and mushrooms until golden.
  3. Season beef with salt and pepper, sear in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
