- 1 pound beef tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups mushrooms, finely chopped
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 1 package puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper, then sear it in olive oil over high heat until browned.
- In the same pan, sauté the chopped mushrooms until all moisture evaporates.
