  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the sliced flank steak with cornstarch until well coated.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the beef to the pan and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  5. Pour the sauce over the beef and stir to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Stir in the green onions and remove from heat.
  8. Serve over rice or noodles.

  • For extra flavor, add some red pepper flakes.
