  • 8 ounces mushrooms, chopped

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan, add onion, and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add mushrooms, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper; cook until mushrooms are soft.
