- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 8 ounces mushrooms, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
