  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
