- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Return chicken to skillet.
- Stir in the Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken again and keep warm. Add egg noodles to the skillet and cook according to package instructions.
- Once noodles are done, add chicken back to the skillet, stir to combine, and garnish with parsley before serving.
