One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles

A simple and delicious one-pan meal featuring tender chicken and buttery noodles.

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  7. Stir in the remaining butter until melted and well combined.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet, stirring gently to combine.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
