- 1 can sweet corn, drained
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add in the drained sweet corn, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Season the mixture with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Transfer the corn dip into a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped green onions on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
