Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil.
  3. Layer the sliced pears and crumbled Gorgonzola evenly over the bread.
  4. Drizzle honey over the toppings and sprinkle with black pepper and thyme.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
