- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt.
- Add chicken wings and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- If baking, spread wings on a lined baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- If using an air fryer, place wings in the basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- For BBQ, grill wings over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve hot with extra sauce if desired.
