Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fill the donut pan with the batter, about 3/4 full for each donut.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the donuts cool before removing them from the pan.
