  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and soy sauce. Heat until warm.
  6. Serve meatballs drizzled with warm cranberry sauce.
